Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution phases to ensure project milestones are met effectively.
- Facilitate clear communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Management Framework Design and Implementation.
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and delivery methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex program requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and expectation management.
- Skilled in risk identification, mitigation strategies, and issue resolution.
- Competence in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
