• Coordinate with developers for feature enhancements when required.
• Product ManagementCreate and optimize product listings.
• Write compelling product titles, descriptions, and specifications.
• Manage categories, collections, and inventory.
• Coordinate product photography and image optimization.
• SEO & Digital GrowthImplement on-page and technical SEO strategies.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize product pages.
• Improve website rankings and organic traffic.
• Monitor SEO performance using analytics tools.
• Content & BrandingCreate engaging website content, blogs, landing pages, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate social media creatives and marketing content.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital platforms.
• Order & Operations ManagementManage end-to-end order processing.
• Coordinate packaging, labeling, shipping, and dispatch.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock availability.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and customer queries.
• Performance MarketingExecute and optimize digital campaigns.
• Analyze website traffic, sales, and conversion metrics.
• Generate periodic performance reports with actionable insights.
• Customer ExperienceImprove website usability and conversion rates.
• Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
• Enhance the overall online shopping experience.
• Skills RequiredExperience managing Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and basic website optimization.
• Experience with product catalog management.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Familiarity with image editing tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
• Understanding of shipping, logistics, labeling, and inventory management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
