Tele caller-SALARIED PERSONAL LOANS-NEW-Sales (D0)
As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for generating leads and converting them into successful personal loan applications. Your role will involve making outbound calls to potential customers, providing them with information about our personal loan products, and addressing their queries. You will also be required to follow up on leads, maintain accurate records, and meet sales targets.- Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide product information.
- Qualify leads and identify suitable candidates for personal loan applications.
- Address customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication.
- Build and maintain a database of potential customers.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Stay updated with the latest personal loan products and schemes.
- Maintain excellent customer service and build strong relationships.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or sales, preferably in the banking or financial industry.
- Proven track record of successful sales and lead generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Good knowledge of personal loan products and the financial market.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards sales.
