Job Description
An HR Manager is a strategic leader who aligns an organization's human capital with its broader business goals. They oversee critical functions like recruitment, employee relations, compensation, performance management, and regulatory compliance to foster a positive workplace culture and drive overall company success.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Strategic Workforce Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to forecast hiring needs, design organizational structures, and plan for succession.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including crafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, interviewing, and facilitating smooth onboarding experiences.
- Employee Relations & Culture: Nurture an inclusive and engaged workforce, mediate workplace conflicts, resolve grievances, and handle disciplinary or termination processes.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that all workplace practices and HR policies strictly adhere to local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
- Performance & Talent Management: Design and maintain performance appraisal systems, identify training gaps, and build career development programs.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage salary structures, administer benefits and payroll, and perform ongoing salary benchmarking to attract and retain top talent.
Essential Requirements
- Education & Experience: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or any graduate, alongside 2+ years of progressive HR experience or freshers also welcome.
- Leadership & Soft Skills: Exceptional active listening, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills are essential, coupled with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality
