Job Description

Responsibilities


  1. Contact potential and existing customers to explain our products and services using approved sales scripts.
  2. Answer customer queries regarding our packages, pricing, offers, and company.
  3. Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable package.
  4. Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
  5. Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  6. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  7. Update customer information accurately in the CRM/database.
  8. Process bookings and payments accurately.
  9. Handle customer concerns professionally while maintaining the company’s reputation.
  10. Work closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  11. Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, sales, and customer interactions.
  12. Go the extra mile to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
