Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities – Sales Consultant

  1. Pitch products to achieve profitable sales.
  2. Handle customer leads.
  3. Communicate with customers for complaints and update the CR Department.
  4. Follow ERP process for sales orders.
  5. Sell allied services.
  6. Follow SOPs and sales process from booking to delivery.
  7. Prepare Prospect Tracking Card.
  8. Fill Test Drive Form (Declaration/Feedback).
  9. Ensure 7-step test drive demo.
  10. Use Welcome Kit.
  11. Make 5th-day sales PSF call and prepare report.
  12. Attend trainings as per nomination.
  13. Practice mock demos regularly.
  14. Handle customer queries.
  15. Give correct information and ensure transparency in deals.
