Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with leading e-commerce platforms and be capable of handling product listings, inventory, order management, and seller support.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, Meesho, Nykaa, JioMart, and other marketplaces.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles, bullet points, descriptions, and keywords.
• Manage catalog uploads, bulk listing through Excel templates, and listing quality improvements.
• Monitor inventory, pricing, and product availability across marketplaces.
• Process orders, returns, replacements, cancellations, and reconciliation reports.
• Coordinate with marketplace support teams to resolve listing, inventory, payment, and logistics issues.
• Analyze sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Plan promotional campaigns, marketplace offers, and advertising activities.
• Ensure catalog compliance with marketplace guidelines.
• Work closely with the design and content team for product images and A+ content.
• Required SkillsExperience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, AJIO, Meesho, and other marketplaces.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas).
• Experience with bulk listing and catalog management.
• Understanding of SEO for e-commerce listings.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce account management.
• Knowledge of marketplace advertising (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Myntra M-Ads) is an added advantage.
