You will work at the center of multiple customer opportunities, bringing together cross-functional teams such as Content, Design, Automation, Analytics etc. to deliver high-quality marketing assets like landing pages, brochures, presentations, event collaterals and much more. This role is for someone who can drive timelines, manage priorities and improve the quality of work. We are not looking for a task coordinator. We need someone who understands the brief, asks the right questions, challenges gaps and ensures every output is client-ready. Key Responsibilities Drive key marketing projects from brief to final delivery. Own on-time go-to-market execution for program launches and strategic initiatives. Manage multiple projects, priorities, timelines, and dependencies. Collaborate with Content, Design, SEO, Sales, and business teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. Prioritize requests and align cross-functional teams on critical deliverables. Manage stakeholder expectations and proactively communicate project status. Own quality control of all marketing assets before release. Review briefs and deliverables, identifying gaps and driving improvements. Apply knowledge of content, design, events, and marketing to enhance project outcomes. Continuously improve workflows and execution processes to drive speed and quality. Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications 8+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or program management. Proven experience managing multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Strong understanding of end-to-end marketing functions and workflows. Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and execution. Ability to prioritize competing requests, solve problems, and drive execution independently. Strong ownership mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority. Experience in an agency, EdTech, training, learning, or education business. Familiarity with content development, design processes, digital marketing, and event execution. Experience managing go-to-market launches and integrated marketing campaigns. Exposure to project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similar platforms. Experience driving process improvements and operational excellence across marketing teams.
