Job Description
- Maintain cleanliness of office workstations, cabins, meeting rooms, reception area, pantry, and common areas.
- Clean and sanitize washrooms regularly and ensure they are stocked with toiletries and hygiene supplies.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect floors, furniture, glass partitions, and office equipment as required.
- Ensure the pantry is clean and organized; replenish tea, coffee, drinking water, and pantry essentials.
- Dispose of waste daily and ensure proper segregation of recyclable and non-recyclable waste.
- Refill consumables such as tissues, handwash, sanitizers, and paper towels.
- Monitor housekeeping supplies and report replenishment requirements to the Admin team.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards promptly.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms before and after meetings.
- Support office events by ensuring cleanliness before, during, and after the event.
- Follow company policies related to hygiene, safety, and workplace conduct.
