Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitmentManage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to employee onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultancies, and campus recruitment.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Schedule and follow up on interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates.
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- HR OperationsCoordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in attendance, leave, and probation confirmation processes.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory requirements.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
