Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dynatrace APM.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor and optimize application performance using Dynatrace APM tools.
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving complex software performance issues.
- Ability to interpret system metrics and logs to provide actionable insights.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and integration of application performance monitoring within it.
- Capability to collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance system reliability and efficiency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dynatrace APM.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
