Location: Global Village, Bangalore

Stipend:

• Bachelor's Degree: ₹20,000 per month
• Master's Degree: ₹22,000 per month

About the Role:

The Apprentice will receive structured training on Accounts Receivable and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. Under the guidance of experienced team leaders, the candidate will gain practical exposure to finance operations, business processes, and enterprise systems while applying academic knowledge in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the fundamentals of Accounts Receivable and the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
• Process customer receipts and allocations while adhering to daily service level agreements (SLAs).
• Participate in process training and follow detailed operational instructions.
• Apply acquired knowledge using relevant tools, techniques, and business systems.
• Work with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Identify operational issues and escalate them to senior team members when required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain process accuracy and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

• 2024 or 2025 pass-outs.
• Minimum 60% aggregate throughout academics.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related disciplines.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Technical Skills

• Basic accounting and finance knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
