Job Description

Location: Navi Mumbai / Pune (as per company branches)

Reports to: Sales Manager / Business Development Head

Role Objective

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind the company’s growth in the digital services sector. You will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and closing leads for our suite of services, including Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, SMM), ERP/CRM solutions, and Marketing Automation. Your goal is to bridge the gap between initial interest and a signed contract through strategic remote communication.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and research potential B2B clients across various industries (Telcos, ISPs, SMEs, and Enterprises).
  • Conduct outbound cold calling and email campaigns to introduce Olatech’s digital offerings.
  • Utilize LinkedIn and other social selling tools to connect with key decision-makers (CTOs, Marketing Heads, Business Owners).

2. Consultative Selling

  • Understand the specific pain points of a prospect’s business and pitch tailored digital solutions (e.g., custom CRM development or performance marketing).
  • Conduct virtual product demonstrations of Olatech’s proprietary tools and software platforms.
  • Educate prospects on the ROI of digital transformation and marketing automation.

3. Pipeline Management

  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead qualification to closing the deal.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (tracking calls, emails, and follow-ups).
  • Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to create customized proposals and quotes.

4. Target Achievement

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs (e.g., number of qualified leads, demo sessions booked, and revenue generated).
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms in alignment with company policies.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telemarketing, or Business Development (Experience in IT/SaaS or Digital Agency sales is a major plus).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; ability to explain complex digital concepts simply.
  • Technical Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (like Salesforce or HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom/Teams).
  • Soft Skills: High level of persistence, empathy, and the ability to handle objections gracefully.
