Job Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to customers regarding services
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide service information
  • Take and schedule customer appointments
  • Follow up with existing and new customers
  • Maintain daily call records and customer data
  • Resolve basic customer complaints and issues
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
  • Provide excellent customer support over calls
