Job Description
We're looking for a hands-on media professional who can independently shoot and edit high-quality video content for real estate marketing — from property walkthroughs and drone flyovers to on-camera anchoring for our video series. This is a role for someone who brings both technical craft and creative ideas to how we showcase properties.
- Key ResponsibilitiesShoot video content both in-office and on-location (property sites, outdoor shoots), operating camera and audio equipment (external mics, lavs, etc.) independently
- Edit and finish video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent tools, including motion graphics and current editing trends/styles
- Edit and finalize raw footage shot by other team members into polished, ready-to-publish videos
- Bring fresh creative concepts to property showcases and real estate video content — reels, walkthroughs, and marketing videos that stand out
- Be comfortable appearing on camera for property shoots, including taking on an anchor/presenter role when required
- Operate drone equipment for aerial property shots (added advantage, not mandatory)
- Maintain strong product/domain knowledge of the properties and projects being showcased, to present them accurately and confidently
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both on camera and with the internal team
- Requirements2+ years of relevant industry experience in videography and video editing (adjust the exact number to your preference — you mentioned "over ___ years" but didn't specify; I've placed a placeholder)
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and familiarity with current motion graphics tools/trends

- Drone operation experience is a strong plus
- Good communication skills in English/Kannada
