Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.

Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. You engage in creating seamless experiences that align with client needs, continuously exploring and integrating emerging technologies. Your work supports innovative solutions that address complex business challenges, all while embracing a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies to ensure efficient and effective delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
- Continuously evaluate and improve system performance and scalability.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Maintain clear and thorough documentation of development processes and solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
- Experience with backend and frontend development frameworks related to Java Enterprise Edition.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and agile software development practices.
- Ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques.
- Competence in debugging, testing, and optimizing code for performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
