Job Title-Tellecalling Executive – Voice Process

Job Location-Gurugram – Sector 18 (Work From Office)

Employment Type- Full-Time

Shift Timing-24/7 Rotational Shifts

Working Days-5 Days Working (2 Rotational Week Off)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Resolve customer queries related to the PhonePe process.
• Provide accurate information and support to customers.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department when required.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow company procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Freshers can apply.
• Experience in voice process is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
