Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Solar Energy)

Location: Jaipur (Field role — Jaipur only)
Salary: No Fixed Salary | ₹3,000 per Closed Deal + Bonus
About the Role
Shashisun Energy is hiring Field Sales Executives for our solar energy division. This is a 100% incentive-based field role covering Jaipur only. Candidates must be self-driven and comfortable with on-ground client visits and closings.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit prospective clients on-ground and close solar deals
- Achieve a minimum of 1 closed deal per week (KPI)
- Maintain daily field activity and share live location tracking
- Build and manage a local client pipeline within Jaipur
Compensation Structure
- No fixed salary
- ₹3,000 per closed deal
- ₹10,000 bonus for 5+ closings in a month
- Fuel compensation provided

Eligibility
- Valid Driving License (DL) — compulsory
