About the Role

We are looking for passionate and target-driven Career Guides to counsel prospective students and help them choose the right finance certification programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and counselling skills, with the ability to convert enquiries into successful admissions while ensuring an outstanding student experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students regarding finance courses and career opportunities.

- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable training programs.

- Handle inbound and outbound enquiries via calls, emails, walk-ins, and other communication channels.

- Conduct regular follow-ups to convert enquiries into admissions.

- Manage the complete admission process, including counselling, documentation, enrolment, and payment collection.

- Follow up on pending fee payments and maintain accurate records.

- Coordinate batch schedules with students, trainers, and internal teams.

- Maintain enquiry, admission, and student records in the CRM.

- Build strong relationships with students and alumni to encourage referrals.

- Conduct orientation sessions and student engagement activities.

- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and admission guidelines.

Eligibility

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.

- Preferred Qualification: Master's degree or certification in Career Counselling/Career Coaching will be an added advantage.

- Experience: 2–6 years in Career Counselling, Academic Counselling, Admissions, Education Sales, or Student Counselling.

- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.

- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
