Ensure teams are delivering engineering solutions on time, at the right quality and cost. Work across engineering specializations; including manufacturing, electrical or mechanical engineering, structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects.

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of engineers in creating innovative technical solutions that address complex challenges and support organizational goals. This role requires coordinating efforts across various engineering disciplines such as manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, structural, and stress design. The position demands overseeing project timelines, quality standards, and cost management while ensuring seamless collaboration among diverse teams. Additionally, the role includes organizing resources effectively to deliver engineering and construction projects successfully, fostering a productive and goal-oriented work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to optimize project outcomes and resource utilization.
- Mentor and support junior engineers to enhance their skills and professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in A&D Defense.
- Good To Have Skills: Aircraft Structures, Aircraft Structural Analysis, Aircraft Manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles related to aerospace and defense sectors.
- Experience in managing multidisciplinary engineering teams and projects.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions.
- Familiarity with engineering design, qualification processes, and configuration management.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in A&D Defense.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
