What would you do? What are the key objectives and expectations from this role? This role is responsible for developing and managing B2B digital content to support business objectives. It plays a key role in the creation, adaptation, and execution of content meeting the campaign’s brief and requirements. The position requires close collaboration with relevant stakeholders to ensure content meets the legal requirements, brand guidelines, and aligns with overall digital strategies
What are we looking for? Experience Required 2-4 years of working experience in digital content creation, visual design preferably from creative digital agency background Strong graphic design skills, with proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Cloud/Suite Copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt/adjust copy as added advantage Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required (Please put the most critical information and reflect it in the first 4 points) Experience in using Design software such as Adobe suite, etc. Familiarity with AI-assisted translation tools Familiarity with CMS tool Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of CRM platforms to manage content upload (Adobe Commerce. Etc. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects effectively. Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required (Please put the most critical information and reflect it in the first 2 points) Creative Agency background A bachelor’s degree/certification in Digital Media/Digital Marketing/ Graphic Design/ Art Director field
Roles and Responsibilities: •Have good understanding of organization B2B Digital Channel Understand the brief on campaign and B2B digital strategies and support B2B content requirement for the End Market. Ensure the content is compliant with legal guidelines and follows the approval processes Adapt/Adjust visual for B2B Platforms, including banners, graphics, layout, product visuals, etc. Understand latest creative trend & apply on creative output Collaborate closely with the B2B Content Manager to execute creative concepts across copy and visual design, creating visual assets that are fully aligned with brand guidelines. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, legal regulations, and approval processes & meet service level agreements Deliverables on content and upload into B2B platform on time in full. Proactively keeping self up to date on latest content design and trend.
