Maintenance Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Service & Repair ManagementPerform routine inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment and assets.
• Ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests and breakdowns.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for repair and servicing activities.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain service schedules and ensure preventive maintenance is conducted on time.

Asset Maintenance

• Track and maintain records of all company assets and equipment.
• Monitor warranty periods and service contracts.
• Ensure proper upkeep and operational efficiency of assets.
• Recommend replacement or refurbishment of equipment when necessary.
• Vendor CoordinationLiaise with service providers, contractors, and vendors for maintenance work.
• Obtain quotations and negotiate repair and service costs.
• Monitor vendor performance and service quality.
• Documentation & ReportingMaintain maintenance logs, repair history, and service reports.
• Prepare periodic maintenance status reports.
• Track maintenance expenses and support budget planning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and report hazards.
• Support implementation of workplace safety initiatives.
