Analyst, Global Product EnablementOverview
The Global Product Enablement team is seeking an Analyst of Global Product Enablement to support the successful, consistent, and scalable integration of new or significantly enhanced solutions. The ideal candidate is curious, analytical, organized, collaborative, and motivated to learn how products are enabled for global customer delivery teams. This role is well suited for someone who can support cross-functional initiatives, help translate product and implementation information into clear documentation and enablement materials, and contribute to process improvements that support speed, quality, and predictability.
This position requires strong communication, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Regional Delivery, and other Mastercard teams. The person in this role will support senior team members in preparing delivery documentation, coordinating enablement activities, gathering feedback, tracking actions, and helping ensure delivery teams have the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to support customer onboarding.

The Global Product Enablement (GPE) team is part of the Global Customer Delivery & Care organization. Focusing on new products and services, the Global Product Enablement team collaborates with product owners, development teams, and other stakeholders across Mastercard to deploy solutions efficiently and effectively with speed, quality, and predictability. GPE supports Regional Customer Delivery teams by developing the necessary processes, documentation, tools, and knowledge resources to scale products and solutions at an accelerated pace. GPE creates streamlined and straightforward processes used globally by our delivery teams, resulting in a positive implementation experience for both customers and employees. Additionally, GPE supports product readiness and the implementation of key frameworks by our partners to provide best-in-class customer experience, utilizing key data, insights, and feedback for continual improvement.

Role & responsibilities
o Support discussions with Global Product and Engineering owners by helping capture delivery requirements, actions, decisions, and regional feedback needed to support Studio Framework Excellence and product integration readiness.
o Support low to medium complexity initiatives by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, preparing materials, and escalating risks or open questions as needed.
o Partner with regional delivery teams to help provide the knowledge, support, tools, processes, and documentation needed to perform their job functions efficiently and effectively.
o Assist in preparing and maintaining training materials, implementation guides, process documentation, task lists, and knowledge resources for regional customer delivery teams.
o Help coordinate product enablement activities, including meeting preparation, action tracking, follow-ups, and readiness checkpoints.
o Support product integration efforts through the global Studio process in collaboration with global product owners, technology teams, and other stakeholders.
o Contribute to the ongoing improvement of GPE standards, methodology, documentation quality, and ways of working.
o Assist with collecting, organizing, and analyzing feedback, data, and insights to identify opportunities to improve the customer onboarding and delivery experience.
o Collaborate with partners across Mastercard to support integrated, automated, and scalable tools and reporting that enhance delivery efficiency and customer experience.

All About You
o Foundational experience or strong interest in payments, processing, customer delivery, implementation, product enablement, or related business operations.
o Basic understanding of the payment ecosystem, product lifecycle, customer onboarding, and hand-offs across Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Support teams.
o Experience supporting projects, initiatives, process improvements, documentation, training, or operational readiness activities.
o Ability to understand, organize, simplify, and clearly communicate business and technical information.
o Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to follow through on actions and commitments.
o Comfortable working in a matrixed, global organization with multiple stakeholders and changing priorities.
o Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect information, identify patterns, and propose practical improvements.
o Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create clear documentation and support enablement or training activities.
o Ability to build positive working relationships with internal teams, business partners, and stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
o Curious about technology and motivated to learn new products, processes, tools, and ways of working.
o Team player with a willingness to share knowledge, ask questions, and support others.
o Self-starter who can work independently on assigned tasks while seeking guidance when needed.
o Experience with project coordination, process documentation, data analysis, or reporting tools is a plus.
o Project management exposure or certification is a plus, such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar.
o Process improvement exposure, such as Lean, Six Sigma, SAFe, or similar, is a plus.
o Language skills are a plus, as the role works with regional teams.
