Job Description

Knowledge & Characteristics

• Strong understanding of customized market research methodologies, including Brand Health Tracking, CSAT, U&A, and B2B research.
• Familiarity with questionnaire design, sampling approaches, and end-to-end project lifecycle for adhoc studies.
• Ability to interpret consumer and business insights beyond FMCG, with exposure to sectors such as Automotive, EV, Industrial, or B2B domains preferred.
• Highly analytical with a storytelling mindset—able to convert data into clear, compelling narratives for clients.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced, ambiguous project environments.
• Strong ownership and accountability with a client-centric and consultative approach.

Skills & Abilities

• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with strong command of MS word, PPT and Excel SPSS,
• Experience in survey design, data processing coordination, and insight generation for adhoc studies.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to synthesize complex findings into actionable recommendations.
• Effective client and stakeholder management, including handling multiple projects and tight timelines.
• Solid project management skills—planning, execution, and quality control across research stages.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in client presentation

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and MBA / Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field. Engineering background will be added advantage

• 3–6 years of experience in custom market research, preferably handling Brand Health, CSAT, U&A, and B2B studies. Experience in market sizing will be added advantage

• Experience working with mainly Indian / MNC clients,  global or multi-market clients and managing end-to-end research projects is preferred.
• Exposure to B2B  or other non-FMCG sectors will be an added advantage.
