Job Description
Role Overview:
As a Team Leader – Collections, you will be responsible for managing the collections team, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding debts, and achieving collection targets. You will guide team members, monitor performance, resolve escalations, and implement effective collection strategies while maintaining positive customer relationships and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the collections team to achieve recovery targets.
- Monitor daily collection activities and team performance.
- Handle escalated customer issues and complex collection cases.
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical collection practices.
- Prepare collection reports and track recovery performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and account management.
- Train and motivate team members to improve productivity and efficiency.
