This position requires continuous engagement with evolving software processes and adapting solutions to align with project goals, ensuring seamless integration and functionality throughout the development phases.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through technical challenges.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter.
- Strong experience in software configuration and customization within product lifecycle management environments.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and lifecycle management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable software.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- This position is based at our Pune office.
