Summary:
As an Application Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the design, construction, and configuration of applications while serving as the main liaison for all related activities. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and decision-making to maintain smooth workflows and deliver high-quality solutions. The Application Lead also dedicates time to guiding team members and facilitating collaboration across different groups to achieve project milestones efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the planning and execution of application development activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align technical efforts with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Application Development.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based application architecture and deployment strategies.
- Experience with integration of cloud applications with on-premise systems and third-party services.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with development lifecycle management and version control systems.
- Skilled in designing scalable and secure cloud applications that meet enterprise requirements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Application Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
