SaT - TCF - Capital and Debt Advisory :

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Experienced professional with a strong background in fund raise including debt, structured finance, bonds etc. with focus on real estate space Experience in raising construction finance, LRD and land funding etc. Strong relationship with investors, lenders and developers in real estate space Excellent communication and presentation skills, stakeholder management Experienced professional with more than 8-10 years' work experience
