Role Summary
Seeking a IaC SME to define automation architecture drive Infrastructure as Code adoption and lead enterprise CICD and cloud provisioning frameworks across Azure and AWS environments The role requires strong architectural depth in IaC design DevOps toolchains automation governance and multicloud infrastructure delivery
Key Responsibilities
Architecture Strategy
Define enterprise IaC architecture and automation strategy
Establish standards patterns and governance for Azure AWS provisioning
Design reusable modular and scalable IaC frameworks
Lead architecture reviews and DevOps governance forums
Infrastructure as Code Architecture
Terraform Multicloud module architecture and state governance
AWS CloudFormation Reusable stack architecture and deployment models
Azure Bicep ARM Templates Azure landing zone and workload automation
Ansible Configuration management and orchestration architecture
CICD Architecture
Design endtoend CICD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Jenkins
Define pipeline standards release governance and deployment patterns
Establish Gitbased branching versioning and repository governance
Integrate security testing and compliance controls DevSecOps
Scripting Automation Frameworks
Architect automation solutions using Python PowerShell and Shell Scripting Secondary Skill
Design cloud automation frameworks tooling and selfservice platforms
Cloud SME Roles
Support cloud migration and modernization programmes
Governance Leadership
Chair automation and DevOps design authority boards
Mentor engineers and lead technical communities of practice
Advise customer CIOCTO stakeholders on automation strategy and maturity
