Xstream Fiber Executive.

It is a ground-level, field sales role at Bharti Airtel focused entirely on driving customer acquisition for Airtel’s high-speed broadband and Wi-Fi internet services (Airtel Xstream Fiber).

• 📋 Core Job Responsibilities
• Lead Generation & Field Sales: Visiting residential complexes, apartments, local markets, shops, and corporate areas to pitch broadband connections.
• Door-to-Door Marketing: Approaching potential customers directly at their homes or businesses.
• Customer Education: Explaining the advantages of Airtel Xstream Fiber, explaining current Wi-Fi/broadband plans, and highlighting installation offers.
• Target Achievement: Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales and onboarding targets set by the company.
• Documentation: Collecting mandatory customer details and processing applications to initiate the connection setup.
• Daily Reporting: Participating in morning hurdle/status calls and updating progress or tracking attendance inside the Airtel App.
• ⚙️ Job Requirements & EligibilityEducation: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate. (Freshers are highly welcomed for this role).
• Assets: A two-wheeler (bike/scooter) with a valid Driving License is almost always mandatory because the role requires intensive local travel. A smartphone is also required.
• Skills: Strong local language communication, basic persuasion, and negotiation skills
