Job Description
Hiring: Placement Officer / Placement Coordinator
- Job Responsibilities Coordinate with IT companies for fresher job openings.
- Schedule interviews (Online & Offline).
- Call and follow up with students regarding interviews.
- Coordinate with HRs for interview status and offer letters.
- Maintain student placement records in CRM.
- Prepare daily and weekly placement reports.
- Verify student resumes before sharing with companies.
- Coordinate with trainers and placement team.
- Handle WhatsApp groups, emails, and placement-related communication.
- Required SkillsExcellent English communication.
- Strong calling and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email.
- Experience in student counselling or placement coordination is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of IT technologies such as Java, Python, Testing, Data Science, AWS, SAP, etc.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- EligibilityAny Graduate.
- Experience: 1–3 years in Placement, HR Recruitment, Training Institute, Consultancy, or Campus Placements.

Salary₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)
