Job Title: Retail Store Manager – Shahji Foods (Rani Bagh, Pitampura, Delhi)

Shahji Foods is a traditional Indian food brand rooted in the legacy of purity and trust since 1957. We specialize in premium A2 Gir Cow Ghee, Bilona Ghee, Buffalo Ghee, Cold-Pressed Oils, Natural Honey, and other wholesome food products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and drive customer acquisition.
- Provide excellent customer service and product guidance.
- Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reporting.
- Maintain inventory, stock levels, and product displays.
- Supervise store staff and ensure discipline and productivity.
- Execute local marketing activities, customer engagement, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and brand presentation standards are maintained.
Requirements
- Graduate preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in retail store management, FMCG, food retail, or similar sectors.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software, WhatsApp).
- Ability to lead a team and achieve sales goals.
