Job Description
Greet and welcome guests warmly, answer inquiries, and direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, and respond to emails or take accurate messages.
Maintain office security by monitoring visitor logs, issuing badges, and following established safety procedures.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, packages, and deliveries.
Assist with clerical tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Keep the reception area tidy, maintain inventory of office supplies, and place orders when stock runs low
Candidate preferably from the nearby area like central or west delhi
