  • Maintain a detailed record of calls and follow-ups regularly.
  • Provide accurate information to help students make informed enrollment decisions.
  • Work closely with the admissions team to streamline the enrollment process.
  • Stay updated on the latest educational programs and offerings.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure prospective students have all necessary information.
