Job Role : Career Counselor About The Job Role : BR Education looking for a Career Counselor, based in Bhubaneswar to build our dedicated internal sales set up in Odisha. BR Education is educational consultancy, We here helps students to pursue their career in right direction accordance to students interest & qualification. Role Description : The candidate for this position will excel at communication & sales. By using a consultative approach, this person will use their expertise to analyze leads and convert them into customers Responsibilities : • Discuss with students the company’s services. • Counsel with prospect leads and make them our customer. • Achieve individual business goals. • Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained. • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of our services. • Involvement in successful enrollments. Key Skills : • Minimum 0.3 - 1 years of similar experience is desirable. • Ability to make a minimum of 60 - 80 meaningful tele conversions on a daily basis. • Professional proficiency in Odia and Hindi language and strong communication skills. • Demonstrable track record of high achievement • Highly motivated & self-driven individual with enthusiasm to learn and pursue a career in sales. Age : Below 30 Years.
