Job Description
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales, CRM, Marketing, Accounts, HR, Legal, Site Engineers, and other departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Coordinate offer letters, joining formalities, and documentation.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring.
- Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and submit weekly hiring reports.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
