Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with strong experience in BPO bulk hiring. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Tamil and possess hands-on expertise in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for voice and non-voice processes. The candidate should also have a good understanding of BPM compliance and recruitment operations.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for BPO hiring requirements.
  • Manage bulk hiring drives for Customer Support, Sales, Collections, and Backend operations.
  • Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, walk-ins, and campus drives.
  • Conduct initial screening and HR interviews.
  • Coordinate with operations teams for interview scheduling and closures.
  • Maintain daily hiring trackers, recruitment MIS, and joining reports.
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.
  • Handle onboarding formalities and document verification.
  • Maintain recruitment databases and candidate pipelines.
  • Ensure adherence to BPM compliance and company hiring policies.
  • Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and colleges for hiring activities.
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives whenever required.
  • Required SkillsMandatory fluency in Tamil and English.
  • Strong understanding of BPO recruitment and bulk hiring.
  • Experience in hiring for voice/non-voice processes.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
  • Understanding of BPM compliance and HR documentation.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring targets.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
  • Preferred Candidate ProfilePrior experience in BPO or BFSI hiring will be preferred.
  • Candidates from Chennai or nearby locations preferred.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
