Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to assist the sales team in daily operations, customer coordination, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative activities.

- Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, orders, and follow-ups.

- Prepare and maintain sales reports, records, and documentation.

- Assist in order processing and ensure timely completion of sales-related activities.

- Maintain customer databases and update information regularly.

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution.

- Handle email correspondence and customer communications.

- Provide post-sales support and resolve basic customer concerns.

Required Skills:

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email.

- Strong organizational and coordination skills.

- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification:

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome to apply.
