Agile Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is an authorized Meril Healthcare distributor serving Hyderabad and Telangana, operating across Trauma & Implants, Sutures, Consumables, Endo-Mechanical, and Diagnostics divisions.
Role Overview
We're hiring Sales & Marketing Executives to drive hospital and doctor engagement, grow revenue, and manage territory relationships for our Trauma & Implants and Consumables divisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with orthopedic surgeons, hospital procurement teams, and OT staff
- Drive product adoption and sales targets for assigned division (Trauma & Implants / Consumables)
- Conduct hospital visits, product demonstrations, and surgeon education sessions
- Manage order pipeline, inventory coordination, and after-sales support
- Track competitor activity (Stryker, DePuy, Zimmer Biomet, Smith & Nephew for Trauma; Ethicon, Healthium for Consumables)
- Report sales performance and market intelligence to management
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in medical device/pharma sales, preferably orthopedic implants or surgical consumables
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel across Hyderabad/Telangana territory
- Two-wheeler/vehicle and valid license preferred
- Bachelor's degree (Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field preferred)
