Role Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to join the Sales team at Lucky-Tech Membranes. The BDE will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities across key industry verticals, managing existing client accounts, and driving revenue growth for Lucky-Tech's diverse product portfolio across Mumbai and surrounding regions. This is a field-intensive role suited to a proactive, self-motivated individual comfortable operating in a B2B technical sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Field Sales & Client Acquisition
• Actively conduct field visits to target industries including construction, infrastructure, logistics, agriculture, biogas, and manufacturing sectors
• Present and demonstrate Lucky-Tech's product range to architects, contractors, project managers, and procurement heads
• Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals, quotes, and follow up to closure
• Attend site visits to assess requirements and provide customized membrane solutions
• Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to build brand visibility
2. Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
• Identify prospective clients through market research, cold outreach, LinkedIn, trade directories, and referrals
• Generate qualified leads across Tensile Structures, Biogas, Tent Hire, Truck Covers, and industrial segments
• Maintain a healthy and updated sales pipeline with clear stage-wise tracking in CRM
• Consistently meet weekly/monthly targets for new leads, meetings, and conversions
3. Account Management & Client Retention
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upselling opportunities
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely resolution of queries
• Conduct regular review meetings and satisfaction checks with key accounts
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, operations, logistics) to ensure smooth project delivery
4. Business Development & Market Expansion
• Research and identify new market segments, geographies, and application areas for Lucky-Tech products
• Map competitor activity, pricing benchmarks, and industry trends to provide actionable market intelligence
• Collaborate with senior management to develop go-to-market strategies for new product lines
• Build and manage partnerships with contractors, architects, consultants, and channel partners

• Construction & Architecture (tensile structures, roofing, canopies)
• Biogas & Renewable Energy (biogas balloons, domes, CBG plants)
• Logistics & Transport (truck side curtains and covers)
• Event & Exhibition Industry (hanger tents, pagoda tents)
• Agriculture & Water Management (flexi tanks, onion tanks)
• Industrial Sector (high-speed doors, oil booms, technical textiles)
Candidate Profile
Educational Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred but not mandatory
Experience
• 1–4 years of experience in B2B field sales, business development, or technical sales
• Prior experience in technical textiles, construction materials, infrastructure products, or industrial goods is a strong advantage
• Freshers with exceptional drive and communication skills may also be considered
Skills & Competencies
• Strong field sales ability — comfortable travelling across Mumbai and MMR for client meetings
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (English, Hindi, Marathi)
• Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and ability to work independently
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
• Ability to understand and explain technical product specifications to non-technical clients
• Strong time management and reporting discipline
