Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesPerform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Process and verify documents and customer information.
- Update and manage databases and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth backend operations.
- Prepare reports and maintain MIS data.
- Handle documentation, filing, and record management.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
- RequirementsGraduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in backend operations, data entry, or administration.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer applications.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
