Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Site Operator / Manager for our EV Charging Site. During the initial site setup phase (approximately the first month), the candidate will focus on business development activities, including customer acquisition and sub-dealer onboarding. Once the site becomes operational, they will manage day-to-day charging station operations and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Operations Phase (First Month):

Identify and onboard potential customers for EV charging services.

Develop and manage relationships with local sub-dealers and referral partners.

Generate leads and support business development activities.

Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis in the assigned area.

Operations Phase:

Manage daily charging station operations.

Ensure smooth customer experience and issue resolution.

Monitor charger uptime and coordinate maintenance activities.

Handle site records, reporting, and cash/payment reconciliation.

Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards.

Requirements

Graduate or Diploma holder preferred.

1–3 years of experience in operations, sales, dealer development, or field management.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Comfortable with field work and local travel.

Basic knowledge of EV charging or automotive industry is an advantage.
