Senior Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:-

• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Verify bills, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
• Maintain vendor records and reconcile vendor accounts.
• Resolve payment-related queries with vendors and internal teams.
• Prepare payment schedules and monitor outstanding payments.
• Process domestic and international vendor payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations for vendor transactions.
• Prepare basic MIS reports related to vendor payments.
• Support month-end/year-end closing and audit activities.
• Maintain proper documentation of invoices and payment records.
• Build good relationships with vendors for smooth operations

Key skills-

• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Vendor Management, Financial Accounting, 
• Good knowledge of Accounts Payable and Vendor Management. 
• Proficiency in Bank Reconciliation and Vendor Reconciliation
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as Tally
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data reconciliation. 
• Experience handling high-volume vendor transactions and payment processing
• Good communication skills.
