Job Description

Aakruti Architects, www.aakrutiarchitects.com, an Ahmedabad based architecture and interior design consultancy firm is looking for a sincere & efficient candidate who can head administrative tasks, and is interested in a long term association for the same 


Tasks:

- Manage e-mails/ internal correspondence and make regular communication on mails 

- Attend to phone calls

- Manage reminders for the senior staff

- Handle payment with vendors and make Excel entries for the same

- Manage the daily logbook/time sheets of staff


Computer skills: MS Office (knowledge of Tally is an added advantage)

Language skills: English (reading/writing) is a must
