Customer Support Executive (International Voice Process)

Hi Candidates,

We are currently hiring Sr. Customer Support Executive for International Voice Process for our organization. It’s a full-time opportunity, 5 days a week working and 100% onsite (Yerawada and Hinjewadi).

Job Title -- Inbound Customer Support Executive (International Voice and Chat Process)

Location -- Hinjewadi, Pune, MH

Salary -- Up to 5 LPA + Benefit + 50K Joining Bonus

Skill:

For Voice Process -- We need Minimum 12 Months International Voice Process Experience in BPO with Excellent English Communication Skill.

For Chat Process -- We need Minimum 12 Months International Chat Process Experience in BPO with Excellent English Communication Skill.

Requirements:

·  12+ months of experience in an International BPO in Voice or Chat Process is mandatory.

·  Handling basic customer queries and providing customer resolution

·  Strong communication, interpersonal, and comprehension skills.

. Active Listener and Resolve the Customer Query over phone.

. Resolving customer issues and concerns efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction. 

.Proven customer service experience or related role.

·  Providing Prompt and Polite Assistance

. Addressing consumer problems and suggesting an efficient solution with empathy and professionalism.

. Address customer feedback and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

·  Willingness to work in US shifts in Night Shift.

Its 5 Days working and company will provide both side cabs, Meals, PF, Joining Bonus (50K) and other benefits.
