Job Description
Position: Store Manager
Company: Samosa Party
Location: Bangalore
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our outlet. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a passion for the food & beverage industry, and a proven track record of driving sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end store operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Achieve sales, profitability, and operational targets.
- Lead, train, motivate, and develop the store team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Monitor inventory, minimize wastage, and ensure stock availability.
- Handle cash management, billing, daily sales reporting, and store documentation.
- Plan staff rosters and ensure optimum manpower utilization.
- Coordinate with central teams for procurement, maintenance, and operational support.
- Drive local store marketing initiatives to increase footfall and revenue.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (Hotel Management is preferred).
3–6 years of experience in store operations within QSR, F&B, Café, or Restaurant brands.
At least 1 year of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager handling an independent outlet.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Industry: QSR | Restaurants
Preference will be given to immediate joiners.
