Job Description
Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Surat, Gujarat
Job Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to jewellery manufacturers and exporters to generate leads.
* Schedule product demonstrations and client meetings.
* Conduct live product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits.
* Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
* Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
* Maintain lead and customer records in CRM or Excel.
* Build strong relationships with potential clients.
* Achieve monthly sales and meeting targets.
* Assist in closing deals and converting leads into customers.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Experience in sales, telecalling, or business development is preferred.
* Ability to confidently interact with business owners and decision-makers.
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM tools.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for demonstrations when required.
