Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive
Job Location : Worli
Industry -Any industry (Strong Inside sales experience )
Gender : Female
Qualification : min 12th pass
Working days & Timing: 6 days; 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM and 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting suitable new car models based on their requirements and budget.
- Manage showroom walk-ins, online inquiries, and telephonic leads.
- Conduct product presentations and test drives.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, offers, financing, and insurance options.
- Coordinate with banks and finance partners for loan processing.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the buying journey.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Support marketing and promotional activities conducted by the dealership.
- Achieve sales targets and customer retention goals.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with excellent customer handling abilities.
- Knowledge of automobile features and market trends.
- Good negotiation and relationship management skills.
