Location:Vasai, Mumbai, Maharashtra
Reporting To:Sales Manager / Management
Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell our LED lighting products and solutions across various market segments including residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, government, and infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new sales leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Promote the company's LED lighting products, including indoor, outdoor, architectural, industrial, and solar lighting solutions.
- Visit architects, consultants, contractors, builders, electrical dealers, and project clients.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into orders.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify repeat business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for project execution and customer support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the management.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
- Required QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (Technical background preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in LED lighting, electrical products, solar products, or related industries.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Skills RequiredExcellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of LED lighting products and applications.
- Basic understanding of electrical and lighting concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and project meetings.
- Performance Indicators (KPIs)Monthly Sales Revenue Achievement.
- Number of New Customer Acquisitions.
- Number of Customer Meetings/Visits.
- Quotation-to-Order Conversion Ratio.
- Payment Collection Efficiency.
- Customer Retention and Satisfaction.
- CompensationFixed Salary: As per company standards.
