Job Title: E-commerce Dispatch Executive

• Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and dispatch daily e-commerce orders accurately and on time.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment according to company standards.
• Generate shipping labels, invoices, and other dispatch documents.
• Coordinate with courier partners for order pickups and deliveries.
• Track shipments and resolve dispatch-related issues.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs and inventory movement records.
• Verify product quality and quantity before packing.
• Ensure safe and secure packaging to prevent transit damage.
• Coordinate with the customer support and warehouse teams regarding order updates.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and reverse logistics.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient packing and dispatch area.
• Follow company SOPs and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, warehouse, or dispatch operations (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of courier portals and shipping processes.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and order management systems.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred ExperienceExperience with Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, or other e-commerce platforms.
